Oops, I forgot to include that if you have friends or relatives who scoff at this topic, have them listen to the 2nd interview on the same show beginning at 1 hour and 28 minutes into the program with law professor James Hirsen discussing executive orders and his research, then have them listen to the Charles Phillips interview. Both are real eye openers.

the link worked for me just fine. It opens up into "RealAudio", a program to listen to archived audio programs. Go to www.real.com and download for free the program that can work on your system, assuming you are set up with speakers and so forth.
