Tree?

I would like to know, what you think about this picture. I think, that technical specs are not important in this case. So only one: NO DIGITAL MANIPULATION

I think it works to a certain extent. It has a sort of painterly quality, doesn't it? So what's the deal? Is it just a reflected tree or did you dial in a lot of JPEG compression, too?

Looks like a reflection of a tree in the water. In any case I like it, especially the unusual colors. I also like the way the branches lead you through the image. Donna

It looks like either cracks in very dry soil, or a satellite view of of a drainage system. It definitely is not a tree.

Thanks for comments.
It is the reflection of the tree on the slowly flowing water. Exposure was about 1/2 - 1/4. The jpeg compression has no significant efect on the look of the picture. Colors are close to the real. 90- degree rotation was made.
I was fascinated by the mysterious shape of the reflected tree. It is interesting, that some people have very unpleasant feeling from the colors and the shapes on this picture.
