I wish to know the full range possible in light ratio for Mini DV capability. I come from a photo background and think in terms of number of f stops. Basically have heard a 4 stop range is the full capability. I will be using Arri lights and will measure in f stops, but will be obviously aware of the range. I also am using the Canon XL-1. Thanks
