Answers

The password-protected areas are for people that help run the site or contribute significantly useful information or who need the information in those areas in order to help repossessees. I make the information contained in that area available to people who haven't helped the site (and therefore helped repossessees) or who are not generally helping repossessees on ad hoc basis if their circumstances warrant it.
