Are the reports sent out during the last three months of the year?

Answers

The costs should be written up in the year-end corporate reports. My guess is it will be burried deep within them. They should be reported when the fiscal year end report comes out to shareholders , but for any company that has been working on the problem for some time they should have already been reporting the expendatures over the various fiscal year ends.
