RSL is a multinational telecom company which provides an array of international and domestic telephone services to small and medium -sized businesses in key markets. Both of their key International Gateways in LA and NY were upgraded to the new Y2K compliant S/W. E///'s switching platform has a world-wide market share nearly 45% and have been aggressively helping their customers upgrade their wireless/wireline networks.
