Record Store List Request

greenspun.com : LUSENET : North Carolina Raves : One Thread

Can anyone give me a list of the best record stores in your respective areas? Anywhere in N.C. is fine, just be sure to name the city, plus any other info you can get me about it: phone #, address, web/email address, etc. thanks a lot for your help, bj Intuit-Solar

I think the 'net has plenty of resources to answer this question for you. I assume you're looking for a mailing list to send out your fliers/mix tapes to, so looking in Yahoo's yellow pages for record stores might not get you what you want. Try any of the big SEraves websites around -- Carolina Spins or ravedata might be good bets. Three I can think of off the top of my head: Spins (Greensboro), Worx (Raleigh), and Lost City (Chapel Hill). You'll have to do the legwork to find the phone numbers.

there is a record store in knoxville TN. its called lost and found records. call information and ask get the number. it's in downtown knoxville and they have a good selection of records. it a little bigger than that one store in raleigh. not that that's not a good store but you didn't ask for just one store.
