FRANKFURT, April 28 (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank AG (quote from Yahoo! UK & Ireland: DBKG.F) on Wednesday said that it had exercised the greenshoe option in its recent capital increase, boosting the issue size by 2.5 million shares and raising an additional 124 million euros.

That brought to 3.25 billion euros the total amount Deutsche has raised with the capital increase, which was used primarily to fund the purchase of U.S. investment house Bankers Trust Corp. (BT - news), Deutsche said in a statement.

I'm curious to know if it is, then What does it mean in the Grand Scheme of it all?

It is interesting to see what the movers and shakers are doing in the world economy.
