Is it possable to play VCD's on a Computer that is a P 75MHz with an 8X CD-ROM and Windows 95? I have the Media Player that came with it and Active Movie.

Yes. Purchase a copy of XingMPEG player and set it for Performance playback. If you are so inclined you by the Creative labs Dxr2 MPEG-2 decoder board. Your besy bet is to get the decoder board. It plays back MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 files in hardware thus making the movies look better.
