Chloe Annette Buckel, M.D. d 1912 at Peiedmont, Ca Was a co founder of a hospital for women and children in San Francisco in 1875.

She was given roles during the Civil War by Gov. O.P.Morton of Indiana . Is she documented in any books? Do her papers exist?
