Pointed this out in another thread. WIRED magazine is now owned by Conde Nast, who also publish Vanity Fair. "Wired Digital" is still run by the folks who used to publish WIRED. If you see two different "takes" on Y2K, it's might be due to the fact that you're seeing two different editorial groups.It appears that the folks at Conde Nast are somewhat less optimistic about Y2K than the CalArts grads over at WIRED.
