Honey bee covered in pollen. Shot in the summer in my garden in southern England a few years ago.

I love this shot. To me it has everything. The photo tells a story about its subjects. The color is great. The lines on the flower petal give the photo depth and pull the viewer down into the photo. The lines on the petals and the centering of the subject (bee and pistal) work very well.

Very nice!

Excellent. I particularly like the pattern of the flower that leads your focus to the subject in the center of the image.

Almost perfection! You could probably sell this shot to everyone from a biology textbook editor to a nature calender. Good work!

Very nice. Given the sharpness of this image, your last name definitely was absent this day. ;-)

Great shot!

A superb image, Chris! Like many people, I tend to ignore those things close to home, usually counting on travel to motivate me to produce good photos. Images like this make me realize the importance of taking advantage of more "common" subjects around us everday. Great work!
