Scroll to end of list. The third file from the end is labeled "y2k-snapshot-forms.xls" Click on that. Register as anonymous. Go to the "outages" tab.

Answers

The form is called a y2k snapshot, but it doesn't even list the century date change! Shows the 98 to 99 rollover. A real confidence builder all the way around.
