Allah Will Rule After Y2K!

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

Y2K will show the sin of the technological world and the failure of the western model of science. With this will fall Christianity (FALSE RELIGION) and all other false religions.

Then, true followers of God, who is known as Allah, will prevail. Would you like to learn more about Islam before judgement day? Then go to your neighborhood mosque and learn more. I did this and learned to accept Allah as the One True God and Mohammad as His Prophet. I renounced Jesus Christ and false idols and learned of the truth and beauty of the one True Faith of Islam.

Christians: you are followers of the false idol. Come and learn about Islam. Islam is the world's fast growing religion. By 2020 majority of the world will be muslim. Our goal is to convert all to Islam by 2040 and then Allah will reign supreme with Sharia Law. Today, here in Chicago my home city, hundreds of people every week come to our mosque and convert. As the Ayatollah said, we will conquer the planet one soul at a time. The hour draws nigh.

But now, infidels have give us y2k!! This is a gift from Allah, allowing us to move forward the conversion of the world to the One True Faith of Islam.

So, those who follow false gods: look into your hearts before y2k. It is time to get the true religion of Allah. After y2k Allah will rule.

Troll Alert! Doesn't know enough to know that Jesus Christ (Issa) is revered as a prophet by Muslims, not a false idol. Fool.

Trying to compete with all of the Christian postings? Boring!

-- none (none@none.none), April 03, 1999.

Hey, it's nice hearing from the Islamic fundamentalists, as opposed to the all the Christian crazies we have on this board! Go Allah!

Maybe you two groups should have a war? Kill each other off? I really enjoy watching religious people kill each other. You've been doing it for centuries, and y2k may offer another excuse. Go to it! Allah vs. Jesus Christ. Kill! Kill!

We infidel non-believers will stand on the sidelines and pick up the pieces afterward.

-- Heretic (noway@nospam.com), April 03, 1999.

???I thought Allah already ruled. Are you saying y2k will sort of give Allah a second wind or something like that?

-- Flint (flintc@mindspring.com), April 03, 1999.

No, Jesus Christ is accepted as prophet, true. But he is not the Seal Of the Prophet. And Jesus Christ is not accepted as son of God (as if God would have a son, how primitive!).

Accept Allah now. It will be better for you. Plans are being made.

-- John Mohammad Cash (mohammad123@aol.com), April 03, 1999.

Like I said, TROLL!! Kids...... (sigh)

-- ---- (not_fooled@troll.alert), April 03, 1999.

I love to see when the religious nuts come out in force. The great thing about the True Faith is that - there are so many of them! Religious superstition is the most evil thing on this planet, so much suffering it has caused...

Christians will tell you that only their god is the Big Kahuna. Of course, so will the followers of all the other religions. And history repeats again and again. Amazing, we're almost at y2k and people still never learn.

-- Josie (josie@@nowhere.com), April 03, 1999.

We religious people are use to being mocked. You call us trolls, you take Allah out of the classroom, you allow women to be prostititues. Allah is not mocked.

We will take your mocking. But y2k is coming. Allah is watching. Your death is near. Everyone must accept the faith of Islam.

-- John Mohammad Cash (mohammad123@aol.com), April 03, 1999.

First all the Christians had to preach and testify constantly about BELIEVE IN GOD! REPENT! We are the "true religion." Crap and baloney.

Now here we go again with Allah, more conversions, more crap and baloney. The One True Faith of Islam. Hey Cash, you've been brain washed from the first true religion, which is now the False Religion, to the second true religion, which will become and on and on, all looking for a daddy, someone to guide them, and hold their little hands. AGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

gilda, it is just a troll, seeing that posters get all riled up about religion, so he is trying it out too. ignore the trolls. they get their jollies trying to get reactions, very juvenile.

Mr Cash

Apparently you are not aware that Muhammad had based his teaching on a lot of untrue interpretations of the Bible. And it also appears that there is not a shred of historical evidence to support Muhammeds contention that either the Jewish or Christian scriptures have been corrupted.

I agree with you that Islam is an aggressive and very impressive world RELIGION. It certainly will be very attractive to a person who would welcome a very religious world view that would permeate every aspect of his or her life. I think it is ultimately unfulfilling.

And since this is the Easter weekend, I think it would be appropriate to note that the Islamic God of strict justice, Allah, cannot offer the mercy, love, or ultimate sacrifice on mankinds behalf that the Christian God, incarnate in Jesus Christ, offers to each person today.

As for Allah ruling After y2k---it ain't gonna happen!

sincerely

Let's knock it off here. It goes nowhere, it changes no one's mind, we've heard all sides of this rant before, wotta drag. Waste of bandwidth.

WE are GOD, most people just don't know it yet.

-- @ (@@@.@), April 04, 1999.

I agree...waste of bandwidth...."conquer the world one soul at a time". there is a possibility for that and other outcomes to occur, however, the oppressive nature or tone you display has little room for love thy neighbor. The christain way is not violent or competitive culturally speaking. Those of you in middle east support violent leaders and that way of life it seems. You call that ideological? Emotionally involved and not too objective as I see it. Please dont waste bandwidth with rantings of religion. Y2k is the issue here

I have been watching and reading what info I could find on the plans of Islam. We know you have a plan. Where are you moving to after your plan fails...Sub-Sahara Africa?

What's the matter with good old-fashioned paganism? Christianity and Islam took all the fun (sex orgies, gluttony, drunkenness, etc.) out of religion.

-- A (A@AisA.com), April 04, 1999.

Cash,

Why don't you take your money and run?? Religion is the root of all evil in this world. Take a look around. Now they are even honking about it in Nazareth. Jesus Christ is Satan.

-- Anti-chainsaw (tree@hugger.com), April 04, 1999.

I'm with you A. I loved the pagan gods. They were much more interesting, and weren't into shame, fear and guilt. How could you help but love Pan, inventor of the panpipe. And sex was a social activity not a shameful way to populate the earth. Diana, Leda, Juno, Zeus. And Ariadne (isn't that a great name) of the thread. I'm so glad you mentioned paganism.

-- gilda jessie (jess@listbot.com), April 04, 1999.

gilda
Shame, fear, and guilt are our only guidlines. They have been put in our human capacity for a reason. GOD put them there. So, indulge if you will. Reap your benefits while you can. Earthly human existance is way short of eternity.
Easter Blessings to you all.
Love in Jesus Christ, MR. K

-- Mr. Kennedy (knows@the.time), April 05, 1999.

Shame, fear, and guilt are excellent guidelines for ashamed, fearful, guilty people.

Count me out.

lol, deedah, a cute answer for one who is afraid to take responsibility.
Mr. K

-- Mr. Kennedy (oncebitten@twice.wise), April 05, 1999.

ROTFLMAO!! Another silly answer, you have absolutely no idea whether I am a responsible person or not.

In this case, when you assume you make an ass out of you only.

-- Uncle Deedah (oncebitten@twiceshy.com), April 05, 1999.

no thanks said, "the christian way is not violent." You've got to be kidding: Bosnia, Serbia, the Mideast, Northern Ireland, on and on .....

And Mr. Kennedy, little children have no concept of fear, guilt and shame until it's implanted in their little heads by adults, more often than not, religious right Christian adults.

My favorite pastor wrote his Ph.D. dissertation on the "Psychological Effects of Religious Shame and Fear." And believe me he has a lot to say about "conservative, Christian idealism."

Here's one thing he says, "Many American clergy continue to operate under the belief that if they could curtail the "sins of sensuality" and the dilemma of "demon rum," then this country's social problems would be eliminated. Observers of American morality detect ambiguity in the posture of Christians who insist that nudity and "dirty" words be edited from television, while exhibiting tacit consent to an epidemic of violence on the same screen."

He goes onto say that the central teachings of Jesus "were love and peace, yet America is one of the most violent nations in the industrialized world." His whole dissertation refutes religious shame and fear as he links the effects of fear, shame and guilt to psychological problems and mental disorders. He did a study which supports his claim.

I think this is why so many nonChristians like myself, or Christians who reject shame and fear for peace, love and tolerance, don't suffer as much from fear, worry, depression, paranoia and anxiety attacks. I never feel shame, seldom feel fear, and when I feel guilt, it is the guilt of ommission, (forgetting to thank someone, or telling them how much they mean to me) not the sin of commission (laying guilt on someone for swearing, or being lazy, or not believing in a certain religion.)

-- gilda jessie (jess@listbot.com), April 05, 1999.

Gilda, That is what I would really call "self-righteousness" Whew! People who think they never do wrong scare me! Christian or not! Omission VS Commission. Wonder if your spouse agrees with your self assessment?

-- hinds foot (caught off guard@y2k.com), April 05, 1999.

OK, I don't touch type, and I'd rather play Free Cell but she insisted I answer this so you would get an anser straight from the horses mouth.

She told it pretty striaght. One thing you can count on with her is no BS. About the only time she acts self-rightous is after she's been on a big vacuuming jag and I track in a little dirt which she calls great "great gobs of mud."

Guilt, No way! She once promised faithfully to not drag home anymore stray cats, and the very next day she brought in one. I asked her hadn't she promised not to and she said, "So what?"

Foot in the mouth, she didn't say she never thought she didn't do anything wrong, she said she didn't feel shame or guilt over it. Her sins of ommission mean grieving over animals she couldn't help, or grieving over having to put her mother in a nursing home, although she looked after her until she was 91 years old.

Fear? No she's brave, and doesn't scare easily except when she's on a ladder. She's a good old girl, very tolerant and very smart. Her worst fault is shes a nag. She doesn't feel guilty about it either.

-- gilda jessie (jess@listbot.com), April 05, 1999.

gilda and gilda spouse: ROFL. Where I come from, this is called "being real." Gilda, if I were your husband, tho, I'd have to kill you if you nagged me too much .... :-)

-- BigDog (BigDog@duffer.com), April 05, 1999.

... but then I would feel guilty.

-- BigDog (BigDog@duffer.com), April 05, 1999.

ROFLMAO! This is almost exactly what Sweetie would write about me, especially the stray cats!

-- Old Git (anon@spamproblems.com), April 05, 1999.

"Prisons are built with stones of Law, brothels with bricks of Religion." -William Blake, a Christian poet

-- Debbie (dbspence@usa.net), April 05, 1999.

Yes, I have to admit I nag. Big Dog, it's a woman's duty to nag.

Old Git, you collect strays too? Good for you! And Debbie, I love that quote. I've read Blake but somehow I missed that.

Seriously, I didn't mean to sound self-righteous, or too precious, it might ruin my reputation. That's probably the last time mr. "nagged" will post anything, but he reads quite a lot on this forum, mainly about generators, inverters, the stock market and CA, his birthplace. I'm lucky because he can build, figure out or make almost anything.

-- gilda jessie (jess@listbot.com), April 05, 1999.

John Mohammad Cash,

I wont be converting to Islam. However, I respect your belief and your mission as long as it remains peaceful.

I do have fears that we'll see a great polarization of beliefs and faiths as we near the roll over. It's been one of my greatest fears all along.

Y2k and the millennial change are great catalysts to further an agenda or capitalize on fear. The real danger domestically is in those who'll use arms to help push their cause.

I don't mean to say that this is what you are working toward, just that to speak of Christianity as being a false religion in a country where the freedom of religious belief is a protected right may bring a lot of misunderstanding your way.

Don't push your beliefs on me and I wont feel the need to resist you in what ever means necessary. "But now, infidels have give us y2k".

On that, I totally agree : )
