Your intent may have been the waterfall but the plants in the foreground seem to think otherwise. This photo includes a waterfall but is not about one I'm afraid.

The waterfall looks like a nice subject, but there are several aspects of this image that detract from it. First, the foreground trail and stream don't really lead my eye up to the waterfall. Second, it looks like there is a branch that partially obscures the waterfall itself. Third, the image itself is not very sharp. Finally, the flat light doesn't really help.

A sharper version of the top half of the image would be quite nice, I think....

What bothers me most is the trail on the right side in the foreground (which belongs to "the hand of human" category). I would move to the left (perhaps requiring stepping into the stream) so that the plants in the foreground is on the right side and the middle and left side of the foreground is the stream. I think the continuation of water flow from the background to the foreground will make it a stronger image. The light is too flat and dull.
