We utilize VideOH! for various video CD production. If you desired output is purely MPEG, videoOH produces very good MPEG encoding. However, if is for VCD production, the source must be of very high quality. Low quality VHS tapes will not encode well unless it is pass through pre-filtering equipment.

Thanks for your answer. I have a Pentium 166mmx, 32 Mb Ram, 3.2 HD Gb, and want to make Video CD. At this moment I have a video capture board Miro DC30, but to obtain mpg, I must do avi very great (6Gb per hour of video!) in addition to the time that I take in codifying it with Xing MPEG Encoder. It seemed to me that VideoH! it would solve these disadvantages. Greetings.
