"The Year 2000 Challenge: Legal Problems and Solutions"

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

Just finished reading a 100-page book given to me by my employer (I'm working as a Y2K project coordinator).

It's not available online, but the preface and table of contents can be found here. It can be purchased via the National Legal Center for the Public Interest's Online Bookstore.

Excerpt:

(p.1): "Although no one can reliably predict the damage that unresolved Year 2000 issues will cause, most experts are predicting that Year 2000 date handling errors will result in major failures in critical systems..."

Great stuff, whether you're a lawyer or not.
