If I4ve got a dv-cam(jvc), 2 monitors, 1 comp.(200MHz,3,3gb,32Ram), what more will I need to edit my own videos at home without losing any quality from dv to computer to video?

You should beef up your computer system, with at least 64MB RAM, and a large, dedicated disk drive to capture with - 9GB + . Consider a new Pentium II or III machine. The website videoguys.com can give you a lot of good basic information, but be aware their prices are very high.
