Drucker's Lack of Condfidence in Markets

Don't know how many of you have watched Peter Drucker through the years, but this news was a surprise to me. It's from last fall, but in the article, Drucker is asked his prediction for the stock markets in the near term and he replied, "I never comment about the stock market anymore, but I will tell you that I pulled out of it completely last January."

www.pathfinder.com/@@258Y4AcA67NhmbWI/fortune/1998/980928/dru.html is the right path... something happens on the forum here occasionally where the greenspun address inserts itself into the link. Anyone else notice this?

Hmmm. I had sort of forgotten about Peter Drucker. He was all the rage a few years ago, but it seems like he's been quiet lately. Well, he is like in his late 80's, so I guess he has a right to be quiet. I wonder if he has any perspective on Y2K. I just skimmed this article, I'll read it more closely later.

Thanks for pointing this out, Brett.
