Pemmican vs. jerky makings?greenspun.com : LUSENET : Millennium Salons : One Thread |
Heeeeelp....I got a great deal on some London Broil, $1.39 a pound....good for jurky or pemmican, (or just drying).....except I haven't had time to get recipes or even find out the difference in them....any and all speedy (I need to do something with it soon) solutions greatly appreciated. Oh, do they turn out ok using an electric over? Thanksalot, LuLouI had to misspell jurky because I got a no-no message when I spelled it correctly.
