Has anyone ordered MRE's, candles..etc from a company called SOUTH SUMMIT CORP in Richardson, Texas (www.southsummit.com) ??? and if so, have you had trouble/problems with the service or order?? Just curious as I ordered candles, 1 case MRE and light sticks and they LOST the order. Said their 'fax number' goes to another location...however they charged my credit card $137 back in Jan. Never received any confirmation about backlogged items or any e-mail. thanks for your input.

My word to you is to contact them. Tell them that you will give them 3 days to make right and either give you your order or reverse the charge. If they do not, contact the Postmaster General.

We could all send them a nasty e-mail in support of Just. Southsummit

Never mind the Post Office, threaten them with fraud and losing their credit-card rights. No company authorized by VISA, Mastercard, etc, is supposed to charge a customer until the merchandise is shipped. If they debited VISA for goods before those goods were delivered, VISA wants to know and VISA will take action.

Oooooh, wish I had seen this thread much earlier. We live here in Dallas (Richardson is a suburb) and we ordered from them, thinking, cool! they are right here....and they offered free delivery within the 972 area code...gave them our VISA number and the stuff never showed...we called them and said CANCEL the order and don't you DARE put the charge through....they never did, but probably becuse they knew we were local, at one time, we actually got a physical address (which they DON'T like to give out) somewhere in Plano and my husband offered to go down there and give the guy a new orifice, if you know what I mean! Do NOT order from them!!!!

Everyone is warned.
