I'm trying to find any resources that I can to help pilot a work team-based (not SDWT) peer review system (perfomance appraisal). The "system" must be very basic and will not be tied directly to compensation. The main objective for this peer review initiative would be to foster team-based thinking and involvement. The workforce is unionized and in a mature industry/culture. A joint (union/exempt)problem-solving team is developing recommendations at this time.
