BRITELYT - PETROMAX ORDERS (E-MAIL)greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread |
Hi, everyone!!It has been brought to my attention that quite a few orders have been submitted, using our on-line form. However, due to technical difficulties, we did not receive that info, and apologize for the inconvenience. Since I am absolutely computer illiterate, and didn't realize there WAS a problem, I didn't contact my web-site constructors, who would have taken care of the problem.
WE ARE UP AND RUNNING NOW!! (Smiling) Thanks to the really great folks at Web-Comm Technologies, the problem was solved immediately. I am really grateful for their efforts, (not to mention their patience....poor darlings...). TALK ABOUT A GREAT TEAM!!
Again......THANK YOU ALL, for your patience and understanding, and I hope to hear from you soon.
Keep Smiling!!

Technical difficulties... Hmmmm

How long does a mantle last? (in hours; or in fuel used, or in whatever is the most meaningful way to measure it)(Hope someone sees/answers this, but didn't want to "hog" space for a new topic!)

Debbie,You may want to pose your question directly to Diana via email at her address above. I asked her a question yesterday and got a response today. Very good folks to deal with. From what I've read, a mantle's duration is rather unpredictable due to their fragility. Anywhere from a few days to a year or more. BriteLyte sells a package of a dozen mantles for around $12.00. I'm buying one today and will get the extra mantles as well.
Hope this helps.
David
