Personal Note (not Y2K)

To my Global Family and Y2K Friends

Just a short note to say my Dad slipped away quietly in his sleep today.

A mercy for us all for he was 87 and totally dependent on others, a tough chore for a very independent old Scotsman.

For the rest of us, life goes on and Y2K awaits...

I hope we find ways to care for the elderly, that are currently available, later this year and on into next....

Very sorry to hear that, Bob. Prayers go to you and your family. A relief to you, I know, and yet sadness over the parting. Be well.

A difficult, bitter-sweet situation. Lost my dad twice, once ten years ago when he left and then last year when his body died. My prayers, and condolences.

My condolences as well.

My father passed away 4 years ago. He believed that things were gradually "coming to a head"...if only he were alive to see what's happening now.

Bob,

Truly sorry to hear of your loss. I pray that you will find comfort and peace at such a difficult time.
