Hi list members

I'm new to this so please sxcuse me if you've answered this before - I'm looking for interesting team building and ice breaking exercises to use in workshops of 16 members. The members range from 21 to 60 years old and vary from complete introverts to extreme extroverts - I need to get these people working together to develop options and solutions in a problem solving environment.

Thanks , Antony

The exercise "Shield of Defense" is good for almost any group. I can send details to those who request it.

The 'post-it-note' game is great and a good laugh. Each person writes the name of a famous person on a post it note and sticks in on someone else forehead without them seeing it. The team takes it in turns to ask questions, it can only be a yes no answer ie "am I a man?" The first person to guess is the winner
