I emailed the mayor of Phoenix and got a telephone call yesterday from his office. Seems that they think there is going to be no problems with the Public Works and Water Service. Said that they don't have any further info. to give me at this time. But said not to worry.

I actually contacted them because the website said that the # of critical systems for Public Works was unknown/with 4 compliant and the Water Service Division had 15 critical sytems/5 compliant. After the call from the Mayor Office, I pulled the website up again and the numbers had changed.

Now, Public Works has 73 critical systems/13 compliant and Water Services has 15 critical/7 compliant. Not exactly the way I was hoping the numbers would go.
