The cards were created and printed in Hawaii and can be purchased in gift box sets of 5, 10, or 15 assorted cards. All sets come with an extra envelope. Card Sets #1, #2, and #3 come with 5 assorted cards and 6 envelopes. Card Sets #4, #5, and #6 come with 10 assorted cards and 11 envelopes. Card Set #7 comes with 15 assorted cards and 16 envelopes. The boxed sets cost $8 for 5, $13 for 10, and $18 for all 15 assorted cards. If you purchase the assorted sets in a clear cellophane package you will save fifty cents.
