I'll trade you that land for an apartment in a prime location just a few miles out of metro-Atlanta. Great for commuters! Lists for $650 a month. Wonderful neighborhood. Lots and lots of dependencies on public utilities, just a few miles away from a few choice Section 8 housing projects, in case you lose your job and need to relocate to a more affordable dwelling. Oh, and it's also downwind of the Center for Disease Control. Also conveinently located near a Marta station, so you'd have plenty of visitors late night hanging around your front door.
