A bit too much negative space in the upper right hand corner. Other than that, it is a gorgeous piece of art. It would nice as a 16x20 Ilfochrome from Portland Photographics with a 4" wide white matte in a dark grey pitted steel frame. Nice work, Tait.

Really lovely shot. I think the upper right corner is fine; there is some detail along the far right edge, works well together with the rolling water. I wish you hadn't told us what it was right off, it's not an obvious image.

A beautiful abstract. The top rhs does not bother me. It gives me the space to follow the wave through. well done.

Great texture and detail in the image. I would not have been able to identify the subject without the title. Nice work!

Wonderfull light. If the right is a waterfall in shadow where was the light coming from, a spot through trees or something? Thanks for posting it.

Like it a lot ! I think without the space from the right of the frame , the wave would be prisoner of the picture. Now I can hear it rolling !

Again thanks for the comments everyone. As I recall this scene was in a shadow hence the reason it is so dark in the upper right is that there was no reflected light coming off that smooth part of the water.

Tait, I love the "feathery" look of the water and the feeling of motion and turbulence that the water has. A very nice abstract.
