I HAVE BEEN CONSIDERING BOTH THE OLYMPUS D-600 AND THE MINOLTA DIMAGE EX 1500. WHICH PRODUCES THE BETTER PICTURE? ANY HANDS ON INFORMATION WOULD BE HELPFUL. MOST OF MY SHOTS ARE INDOORS.

Hi Diane,

This probably isn't the answer you were looking for, but the "which is the best picture" question can really only be answered by you, based on looking at the sample pictures we have elsewhere on this site. The problem is there's not any absolute standard for what looks good - it truly IS in the eye of the beholder,and you'll find lots of conflicting opinions based on people's personal preferences. (A big reason why we avoid "voting" on the "best" camera in our reviews.) Not to discourage you from seeking input, but decide on the picture quality with your own eyes, look more to others for their opinions on what the "shooting experience" is like.
