Adam,

I would like to see a little of the branch on the other side of the bird. The little gray strip on the left of the bird is out of place. Because, little small nitpicking stuff aside now, it's a beautiful, remarkable photo. I like the colors you achieved, it seems to have everything else just right.

My first thought was, How did he ever get the bird to hold that pose? With all of that stuff on the camera what is the distance between the bird and the camera?

Cool, Ben

The bird was about 3-5 feet away from me and it just stood there while I git it with the flash..Just waited for it to turn its head, and snapped the shutter...

The only thing that bothers me is the dark green color behind the beak blends with the beak too much - would have stood out more against the lighter greens. However, this is a small criticism on what is a remarkable photo. I wish birds around here would sit still like that.
