well ..im kamal ....i would like to know few gyms which are located in kuala lumpur malaysia n the one the offers reasonable price for a beginner n i need to learn alot ...about it .. Anyway im very shy to go to a gym ...cox of my feeling when i get to this gyms...i dont know how to overcome this ...anyway im trying to get into gym as soon as possible on 1999...well hope that u can help me with my question ...thank you ...
