Does anybody know of a comprehensive COBOL Y2K analyzer Solution that is an artificial intelligence based tool that rewrites COBOL source code, solves the Y2K date problems, and provides a road map to fixing the associated date. That will accomplish Y2K Compliance in 15% of "manual" time and results in mojor cost savings for End User clients. I do!!! Interested email me at eaglebear@earthlink.net or flfinancial@ earthlink.net and I will show it to you. Skeptical??? Good I will prove it to you with a live demo?? Don't wait too long.. Great! Will it also do unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, modify data dictionaries, modify copy books, modify static and dynamically linked object code, migrate the product to each phase of testing and into production? Does it also integrate with the change control/configuration management system?

MVI,

Exactly! And how about modifying those "minor" assembler sub-routines?

RD, MVI:

ROFL. Another one bites the dust. When will these silver bullet folks get it.... I know, I know, during parallel testing with a leased mainframe and all those well documented assemly subroutines for which no source code can be found anywhere.
