For quick fat loss with little muscle loss I like Larry Scott's fat burning diet. Basically, you eat 55% protien, 20% carbs, 25% fat. You can only do this for 2 weeks but it is very effective. You can go to www.larryscott.com for more info. He has a lot of good ideas.

I lost 15lb in 3 weeks with a liquide diet. I took about 6 shakes of Proscore or Whey Designer/day + 2-3 liters of ginger tea (that is termogenic). The hardest was in the evening where carbs cravings were at their max, but light aerobic exercices and low impact helped me to stay distracted. It is important not to train during the first few days, maybe week of this semi-fast, you would get so weak that your body force you to eat. When the results are reached, return progressively to normal and controlled diet.

COme on!! YOu people are still stuck with the cavman! DO DNP, do the Animalbolics diet, and you should lose 8 lbs of fat, YES!! 8 lbs of fat in 2 weeks!! Be careful its dangerous,m but its the most effective!

Track your calories more closely - One pound = 3500 calories approx. Either more exercise, fewer calories or a combination of both.

Usually its a matter of willpower - saying no to fatty foods
