I am an OD student, currently attempting to gather information on production teams. In specific, I am looking for any information that I may be able to use in a presentation. The task is to provide my classmates with some insight as to how production teams (scientific management style) operate. My research has not be fruitful to date. In fact I am having trouble even finding a clear (published) definiton on these types of teams. I would greatly appreciate any help, in regards to this issue.
