At least they're starting to openly cover the Y2K issues. It's a "good" thing?

Hi Rocky, from another NorthWester. How about that rain! It's about to start up again. Did you know we have a big problem over in Umatilla with all the nerve gas the military wants to burn, if that plant isn't Y2K compliant? Plus Hanford, Trojan, etc. But right now the worry is the rain and La Nina and the forecasts for a wet, cold Winter. Ice storms ....
