Where did the term Fluxphile arrive from?

It was the name of an unsucessful Tv show starring FBI Agents Aeon Flux and Trevor Goodchild. They went around trying to solve seemingly unexplainable mysteries, and investigate strange occurances. The show was pulled for its explict sex, well that and the fact that Aeon and Trevor found some Aeon Flux tapes at the scene of one crime, and spent the last ten episodes of the series trying to figure them out. That got really boring, and the sponsors pulled out, and the show was cancelled. Oh, its either that, or the name of an Aeon Flux webring that never really caught on. The term would mean someone who's really interested in Aeon Flux.

phile is a scientific term for something that is attracted to something else. eg electrophiles are attracted to a negitively charged ion & hydrophiles are attracted to water. Thus I would guess that Fluxphiles are people who are attracted to Aeon Flux (the programme and / or the character).
