When the clock strikes 00:00:00, 001, 2000, Julian Date, will my computer think the year is 1900, 1700, 0000 A.D., or, perhaps 100?

So far, no one has an answer. Is there an answer? Fact is, my computer died two years ago. Couldn't handle 1997. Just wondered if anyone else had thought of it from this angle.
