Burrs over Beebe Lake

I'm not sure about this image, but I've worked up the courage to make another posing and see the response it gets. On some days, I really like the selective focus...others, I wish it had more depth of field. Anyway, comments would be welcome.

The selective focus is very nice indeed and adds depth to this image. The only "imperfection" I can see is the small insect crawling on the main leaf. Nice work!

The selective focus brings out the leaf. I like the exposure and the image's simplistic background. My only problem with this image is that it has too much in it. It is too busy on the right hand side for my taste. Keep up the good work.
