I recently bought an ML-1 macro-flash unit. I am unable to connect it to my 100/f4 macro lens. Apparently there are some adapter rings/tightening rings that are missing. I am in need of help as to where to find these pieces.

I have already tried Canon and Glazers in Seattle.
