I have an excellent y2k retreat home available in rural central Wisconsin. It's on 11 wooded acres (lots of firewood) and has a nearly new house heated by wood and a wood cookstove. There are three outbuildings including a large workshop and a large garden spot, fruit trees, etc. Chickens, goats, etc. do well here. This is about as close to perfect as you can get for a safe, secure, self-sufficient y2k hideaway and the price is very reasonable. If you know you need to be out of the city before 2000, time is growing short!

I don't own the house; I'm just helping some nice folks who have moved a good distance away and need to sell it. It's a great y2k hideaway.
