From what I have learned so far, I think I know the answer to this question ("No"). I'll ask anyway: Is there any way that a well equipped amateur with a HP photoscanner and a HP CD-R writer could create CDs that are playable on a KODAK Photo-C player? Background: When I bought the player, I had intended to have my best images scanned by KODAK. Five years later, I can achieve the same image quality on my own. However, the desirability of the living room slide show still exists. Then years in the future, this will not be an issue: computers and large screen, high resolution TVs will have merged. However, since Kodak's name is associated with both of these technologies, I hold some hope for backwards compatibility.
