A nice idea but a longer shutter speed, more DOF and higher a resolution file would make this image better, also a stronger foreground would help.

Something I always look for in an image is missing - a design. There is nothing of graphic interest in the picture, it's just a stream running down the middle of the frame.

Beyond that, the lighting does nothing for me either.

I agree with the comments above. Also, the green leaves in the lower left corner appear haphazard and don't add to the composition.
