But just tried to go into the forum they have over there, and it requires cookies to be enabled, and registration, and a password, and all that. Hmmmmm. Might not be going into their forum too much. (Don't like cookies, never have, never will.)

Girl Scout cookies are pretty good. Buy 'um in mid March 1999, freeze 'um, eat in 4th of July, August, Halloween, Christmas, New Year's Day, (oops, they thaw), eat all the rest of them in Jan 2000.

Order more in Feb 2000.

Repeat.

Thanks for the y2ktoday link. I didn't submit to the personal reference sheet and was still able to read some well documented articles. One I haven't "digested" yet, but quite a document Millennium Trajedy In Urbanville by Martyn Emery. This may be old news to some of you, but well worth reading if you haven't seen it.

wrote em an e-mail about the cookie thing yesterday, and got a nice reply back today that says they'll 'take action' about that....so maybe the cookie issue on their forum won't be a problem after all...(might have to eat my words about cookies, huh **GROAN**)

What's worse?

A good pun contest or a bad pun contest?

Are there any whiners in a good pun contest?

Y2K? Ynot?

What exactly is a good punk on test or a bad punk on test anyway?

It reminds me of a record I had many moons ago when I was a kid. It was called "White Punks on Dope".

.......and you didn't think this thread could get any worse!

Actually, the one I heard was:

Y2K? Because 1K won't buy enough food!

Onward!

Speaking of punk on tests, my Halloween carving won third prize on our street's last jack-o-lantern competition.
