I have been TR climbing on and off for a little over a year and would love to climb longer routes. My concern is that I am very light (5'2" 100 lbs). Although I'm strong for my size from lifting, I wondered how much of a limitation weight can be on multipitch climbs and belaying leaders. In terms of strength, endurance, etc., what does a multi-pitch climb require?

If you are properly anchored and belaying properly then weight when belaying a leader is not an issue. As far as stamina and strength go, you have the advantage. The only thing I can think of where size is an issue is hauling on big walls.
Go for it.
