cuzimon aol

Aol sucks major. I get porno email every day and lots of spam. I don't like phone salespeople one bit but at least I get to tell them off. I can't shut off the ads on the search thing or get rid of the email. I'm switching back to a server who cares. I can't even get a message to Aol to tell them WHY they can go to hell.

I am disapoointed AOL chooses to ignore the intrest of thier customers not wanting to recieve pron or spam. I am also disapointed at the constant trouble in logging on. Numbers change and it seems to get harder and harder to get on and get good loading times. If thier making the money on a large membership, they need to keep pace with their infrastructure.

The problem is that most of AOL's userbase are lost at anything more than turning on the power button. They're just "sheeple" who think they're "in the '90's now" and don't know how bad the service actually is because they haven't ever had anything to compare it to. The problem is that they'd have trouble installing any ISP's software and learning to use it. AOL appeals to, and markets to, technical illiterates (the "easy to use, just point and click" crap). So, needless to say, their user base is made up mostly of technical illiterates. AOL is getting righ and who cares if the service sucks as long as the sheeple don't figure it out.
