I remember reading a copy of a martial law bill that could be enacted by Clinton,cant remember where it was ? Can anyone help?

Go to http//www.garynorth.com/y2k/search_.cfm Then look under the Martial Law catagory. I am not sure exactly which bill you are referring to, as there are a lot of bills and Executive Orders that have martial law implications. You should be able to find what you are looking for there.

I saw a "white" paper called the Presidential Decision Directive 63"... I also found it through a forum, maybe GN, maybe not. You should be able to locate it with a search engine & the above title. The one I saw was dated 22 May 98.

I was not surprised by the directive itself, but the constant reference to the vulnerabilities of the system to it's fragile cyber dependencies was very interesting. Could it be that someone up there in the white castle is actually AWARE???

Speaking of "martial law," John Koskinen said he "hoped we would not have to resort to it" in his C-Span interview today. This guy was amazingly honest! I was surprised. This is unusual for a bureaucrat!
