Contigency Planning: Web site URLs

While most sites that pop up in "Year 2000 contingency planning" searches seem to concern themselves primarily with the kind of "disaster recovery" involved when computer systems break down, there are definitely more non-tech CP sites showing up than there were 3 or 4 months ago.

Please take a look at the sites you attached to the URLs you post here to make sure they pertain to community prep/emergency management, and please check to see if they're already in this thread...
