Does anyone have a form letter put together explaining why we are facing power outages etc.? I'd like to send out letters to my neighbors that would outline why this is happening and what to do to prepare. I've looked around on the various sites and can't find anything. If there is one that I haven't seen, could someone point me to it? Thanks so much. Candice
