I read in McAlvany Intelligence advisor that the IRS computer may be tied to the government fiscal year which I believe begins on 7/1/99. Does anyone know if this is the most likely date for IRS meltdown?

Stephen,I think the government's fiscal year begins on 10-1, not 7-1.
